Help support a Pagan-run Farm!

Pine Burrow Farm in Coventry, Rhode Island is offering garden plots and farm memberships for the 2009 season. This program is designed to help families who want to grow their own produce but who lack the space or proper sunlight on their current land.

The plots will be 15' X 15' each.
This is a great amount of space for a community garden plot and it's actually quite a bit less than the size of our personal garden was this past summer, with which we grew hundreds of pounds of produce.
This upcoming year our last years garden space is becoming the herb garden
and we are expanding.
The Pine Burrow Farm Membership fee for one year is going to be $300.00 per family/plot.

The membership gets you the following:
A PB Farm Membership card for 2009.
A professionally tilled 15 X 15 foot garden plot which will be fertilized
prior to planting.
Use of a set of gardening tools for your plot only, which stay here at PB
Farm.
One free organic wild raspberry picking for your family, not to exceed 2
pounds of berries, picking peaks in June.
Discounts on farm fresh eggs, when available, our flock will be expanding
spring of 2009. Our chickens get no chemicals or antibiotics in their feed,
ever. They also get range time.
One complimentary jar of Jenna's Blue Ribbon Strawyberry Kiwi jam in August.
Discounts on fresh and dried herbs grown here on the farm.
Discounted jams, preserves, breads, and pies which are already being sold.
Guaranteed One Free Pumpkin from our new pumpkin patch in October, possibly
more.
Ample parking space, no need for street parking!
More things as time goes by: your membership money goes right into our
farm, making it better and over time trickling down to give the members more
perks. An example would be that I would like to use some of the membership money to purchase dwarf fruit trees for our orchard area. When these trees fruit in several years the farm members will have access to that fruit, etc.
We help you grow food for your family and you can help us grow as well,
into a more self sustaining farm to help provide for our community.

Keep in mind that for this upcoming year only 6 plots are available.
Also please note that there are farm rules that need to be abided by and
those rules will be sent out to the interested parties.
